EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique

Deprogramming Trauma Based Mind Control
This is a public group.

EFT is the everyman's version of accupuncture or accupressure. It can be learned easily and quickly by both children and adults. It helps release the bonds of our trauma based mind control programming; fear, trauma, phobias, compulsions etc.

You can join or create a local meetup community to practice. There are also several good practitioners / teachers on youtube and the internet. One of my favorites is Brad Yates.

Please add your experiences with EFT. Your favorite practitioners. Scripts that you have used that have been helpful in releasing your emotional bondage or helped you achieve your goals, etc.

Peace to all creatures.

This technique saved my life and led me to pranayama and silent meditation. I still use it. I use it when I'm in rush hour sometimes and it always works to clear the area surrounding me. Seriously this technique healed SRA survivor Jay Parker's too. He reps it here all beautiful:

BlueGreen, please let me know if you have any questions... I'm happy to help. The tapping points are above and some good videos below.

It's natural to feel silly when you first start doing it, but I got over that quickly.

I notice that sometimes I feel tired or thirsty after a session. Or I burst out crying, or all of the above. This is a sign to me that I have released some "emotional garbage".

Let us know how it goes for you...

If anyone has any questions about EFT please ask away. I have been practicing EFT for a number of years.

One thing I will say, there is no "wrong" way to do EFT. You can change the words around to suit your situation, or you can do a session that you think that has nothing to do with you and your mind / body / spirit will still make use of it. You can even do the tapping "out of order" or skip certain tapping points. Don't be afraid to "make a mistake".

I have found EFT to be one of the most important practices in my tool box and I learned it for free. I am a Reiki Master and paid a fair amount of money to become one, but I rarely use it as I find EFT much more powerful and easier to use.

Another great thing about EFT is it can be done almost anywhere, anytime.

I hope you enjoy EFT as much as I do.
